Young Master: Please, teach me, Master, how I achieve peace of mind, my thoughts they don't stop, I try to find the enlightenment, and all I find is my mind travelling everywhere!!

Master: Yes, Peace of Mind, is so ordinary that nobody ever notices it. hummm!

YM: But, But.... How ordinary?!?!

M: ah ah! Calm my YM, It is there all the time, but we don't even notice it because we're attached to the mysterious and the fascinating. The pleasures of the mind. We get caught up in the things that arise and pass away, that stimulate and depress. Caught in the way things seem to be - and forget.

YM: I do meditation all the time Master, what do I do wrong?

M: In Meditation, we go back to the source, to peace, to the knowing. To here and now. Practice is not 'to be enlightened', but to be in the knowing, in the NOW.

Then the world is understood for what it is, and we are no longer deluded by it. It is acceptance of the two main rules of Peace, Impermanence and Interdependence. After we understand the main rules, then It is a going back to our Nature, to Home.
